關公元宇宙治理委員會（GuanGong DAO LLC）經美國懷俄明州（Wyoming）政府批准成立。是關公元宇宙最高決策機構，標誌關公元宇宙正式邁入去中心化治理新哩程。治理委員會是以BASE鏈發行的GGC治理幣（股權幣、初始發行量10億枚）為決策載體，由平台創始者及股權幣持有者推薦組成。透過智能合約決定平台營運治理。

關公元宇宙（GuanGong DAO LLC）在美國加州擁有全資GuanGong DAO LLC負責平台營運。在台灣、吉隆坡、香港等地及中國大陸設有辦事機構及營運團隊。

治理委員會成員：

宋體金，男，南京大學哲學系研究生畢業。國籍：中國。關公元宇宙共同創辦人、關公元宇宙治理委員會主席。關公文化研究學者、文旅規劃專家。出身中醫世家。曾從事公益工作近20年，從事文化傳媒工作近20年。他是徐州「兩漢文化看徐州」的推手、泰山國山學說首提者。近年來，致力於推動關公與忠義文化與年輕世代的連結共鳴、文化共振、信仰共通。

劉兵，關公元宇宙共同創辦人，關公元宇宙執行長。國籍：美國。他是新興技術開發領域的領導者，他的主要專業領域包括軟體體系結構，Internet，電腦和軟體安全性，雲端運算，社交網絡，區塊鏈和多語言處理。劉兵擁有中國清華大學電腦科學的碩士學位和學士學位，並擁有10多項美國專利和多項正在申請中的專利。劉兵現任CybEye Mutual Corporation的執行長以及CybEye，Inc.的創辦人兼執行長。

李海柱，男，關公元宇宙治理委員會成員。國籍：美國。曾任台灣賽博集團董事、香港上市公司老虎科技，股票代號（8046）董事局主席。現為華傳媒董事、新美文化執行董事 。

饒仁菖Nic Yew （Dato Sri Dr)，男，博士 （拿督斯里），國籍：澳洲。關公元宇宙治理委員會成員，關公元宇宙執行長。先後畢業於澳洲墨爾本大學工商管理學士、澳洲利亞墨爾本大學的工商管理(ERPS)碩士學位、澳洲墨爾本大學哲學博士學位。曾先後獲得金龍獎亞洲最佳CEO大獎、馬來西亞20名最佳年輕企業家獎、亞洲21 世紀最佳企業家獎、HWT 最佳誠信企業家獎、CCTV 海外華人精英大獎、MMIA 最有影響力人物大獎、孫中山最佳企業家精英獎等榮譽。

The GuanGong DAO LLC Governance Committee has been established with the approval of the Wyoming government. It serves as the highest decision-making body for GuanGong DAO, marking a new milestone in the decentralized governance of GuanGong DAO. The Governance Committee utilizes the GGC governance token (equity token, with an initial circulation of 1 billion tokens) issued on the BASE chain as its decision-making vehicle. The committee is recommended by the platform's founders and equity token holders. Platform operations and governance are determined through smart contracts.

GuangGong DAO LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary in California, operates the platform. It has offices and operations teams in Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

Governance Committee Members:

Song Tijin, male, holds a master's degree in philosophy from Nanjing University. Nationality: Chinese. Co-founder of GuanGong DAO and Chairman of the GuanGong DAO Governance Committee. He is a scholar of Guan Gong culture and an expert in cultural tourism planning. He was born into a family of traditional Chinese medicine. He has nearly 20 years of experience in public welfare and cultural media. He was a driving force behind the "Looking at Xuzhou Through the Culture of the Han Dynasty" campaign in Xuzhou and the originator of the Taishan Guoshan doctrine. In recent years, he has been committed to promoting the connection, resonance, and shared faith between Guan Gong's culture of loyalty and righteousness and the younger generation.

Liu Bing, co-founder and CEO of Guan Gongyuan Universe. Nationality: American. A leader in emerging technology development, his primary areas of expertise include software architecture, the Internet, computer and software security, cloud computing, social networks, blockchain, and multilingual processing. Liu Bing holds master's and bachelor's degrees in computer science from Tsinghua University in China and holds over 10 US patents and several pending patent applications. Liu Bing is currently the CEO of CybEye Mutual Corporation and the founder and CEO of CybEye, Inc.

Li Haizhu, male, is a member of the Guan Gongyuan Universe Governance Committee. Nationality: American. He was formerly a director of Taiwan's Cyber ​​Group and chairman of Tiger Technology, a Hong Kong-listed company (stock code: (8046)). He is currently a director of Hua Media and an executive director of New America Culture.

Nic Yew (Dato Sri Dr.), male, PhD (Datuk Seri), Australian nationality. Member of the Guan Gong Yuan Universe Governance Committee and CEO of Guan Gong Yuan Universe. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Business Administration (ERPS) from the University of Melbourne, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne. He has received numerous honors, including the Golden Dragon Award for Asia's Best CEO, Malaysia's Top 20 Young Entrepreneurs, Asia's 21st Century Best Entrepreneur, HWT's Most Honest Entrepreneur Award, CCTV's Overseas Chinese Elite Award, MMIA's Most Influential Person Award, and the Sun Yat-sen Best Entrepreneur Elite Award.
